We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not, please return it to us within 30 days. Sara Kirkby will be happy to exchange or give a refund providing it is returned in perfect condition in its original packaging. We use local hauliers who will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time. Although we do not normally experience problems with damage in transit, we would of course exchange the goods or give a refund without question. We pack our goods as carefully as we possibly can, but if an accident does occur, please inform us straight away. The customer is responsible for the safe return of goods if the original packaging is not used. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning goods from non-UK deliveries.
